Test results are sent to the LabNexus patient portal. If you are testing with us for the first time, you will receive a registration email to set up your account.
Existing/returning patients do not need to create a new account. To view your results, log in at:
Go to the email you provided on your appointment. Look for an email with the subject line “US Specialty Labs Patient Portal Enrollment and Registration Information” sent from Portal@labnexus.net.
Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder.
Once you have found the email, write down/copy your registration code and click on the “click here” text or, copy the link and paste it in the address bar for your web browser.
Type/Paste your registration code into the box and continue filling out your information. Remember to write down/save your username and password as it will continue to be used if you return for more tests.
Refrain from using Apple recommended strong passwords, they do not save on the site.
To view results, click on the paper icon on the left-hand side of the page. This will open up as a pop-up window that will link you to the PDF document of your results.
We recommend using a PC laptop or computer utilizing the Google Chrome web browser if you are unable to open the attachment on a mobile phone, Mac, tablet/iPad, or Safari web browser. If you wish to see your lab report PDF on Safari, you will need to disable your pop up blocker. recommended strong passwords, they do not save on the site.
